Then this workshop, which takes place as part of the Biodesign Innovation Process course of MSc Translational Engineering in Health and Medicine, is for you.

Linda Plano is a Boston-based pitch coach and communications expert who has worked with over 1,000 entrepreneurs since 2005, who have gone on to raise well over $1.3 billion. She specialises in teaching simple but effective techniques for translating ideas into compelling, authentic pitches that win over any audience, whether you’re talking to a department chair, potential sponsors, investors, or a room full of strangers.

In two focused hours, you’ll learn:

• How to frame your value proposition so people get it instantly
• The structure behind a pitch that actually persuades
• How to handle the tough questions with confidence
